What's On Your Workdesk? Wednesday 225

Morning chaps and chapesses,

As I'm a bit of a neat freak meaning there isn't usually much to show on my workdesk as I tidy it away when I'm done, I thought I'd show you the mess today.  Granted, some would say it is still pretty tidy, but not for me!  I'll be having a tidy up later as I get stressed when my desk isn't clear for the next project.

I'm having a play with my new Festive Flurry stamps and dies, making up lots of fun snowflakes ready to make into cards to play with Sarn's Rudolph Day challenge this week.  At the back is a lovely thank you card sent to me all the way from the US of A by Sherri with some fabulous die cuts enclosed within it.  You can also see some kraft notebooks that I found in a bargain store.  They are just crying out to be decorated up ready to sell at a Christmas craft fayre.  On the right, you can see the hearts I made last week.

Pop along to Julia's Stamping Ground to be a sticky beak and have a nosey at other people's workspaces today.

I'm ditching the housework today and indulging in non-stop crafty fun, so I'm going to have a great day!  Hope you do too!

  1. We're kindred spirits as I have to tidy up between jobs too! I hate clutter when I cut out fabric, I need space!! Julia would love those Kraft books, please may I ask where you got them from??
Hope you're keeping fit and well btw :-)
    Hugs, LLJ 33 xx

  7. I love your snowflakes and also can I just say - I AM SO RELIEVED! Someone else always clears their desk after they finish working ready for the next time. I do this too but I was wondering if I was the only one :)

  9. I got in the habit of clearing my desk at the end of every weekend and let me tell you! It makes a big difference. It is so easy to pop into the next project. It really threw me off the one weekend I didn't do it. You know what you are talking about!!! I'd love to have a playtime on your desk as I see so many fabulous things I'd love to use. Have fun!

  10. I like to tidy up after each project as well, although sometimes it takes a while, but worth it so you can find everything for the next one, thanks for sharing, Donna #54

  11. Victoria-Your desk is super tidy-I work in the strangest of ways when I am creating-I start with a nice big clear table and by the end I am perched on a 6x6 space with the rest of the table filled with chaos LOL!Like a mad professor I am ! No matter how much I try I just can't work in a clear space, but I HAVE to start with a clean table-is there any hope for me do you think Tee hee!

  12. How fun to see your desk, Victoria! I know you and I share that whole tidy up after every project or it stops our juices. So boring to other deskers, but we neatniks have to stick together, don't we? I'm sure you enjoyed your "me" day today and I hope you also enjoy the rest of your week! (Glad that it sounds like you are feeling well!) Hugs, Darnell

  17. Hi Victoria,

You are right - your desk looks tidy to me! I love how the unmounted SU sets come in those cases. They are definitely easy to store (I only have three or four).

Thank you for visiting me already!
    Happy WOYWW
