First we have the delicious tortilla wrap bowls, filled with yummy salad leaves, chilli, salsa, crème fraîche and salsa. Possibly my favourite meal of the week...
One of our breakfasts at the weekend was crumpets with caramelised summer fruits (no sugar added!), with Greek yoghurt and honey. Yum yum!
Next we have the Chicken Korma lite version with less than half the calories of a takeaway curry. This was quite possibly my favourite (wait, have I already said that?)
This was the Hairy Dieters' take on a Full English: poached egg and crisp bacon on watercress and toasted tomato salad with a hint of balsamic vinegar. This was truly scrummy!
Then we had the masala-marinated roast chicken with cumin-crusted veg. We had to "undress" the chicken from out of its skin before packing on a thick marinade that formed a second skin when roasted in the oven the following night. Very scrummy too, but it was a bit of a faff getting all the skin off.
The freezer is filling up nicely! If you're interested in any of the recipes, you can find them here. Now, all this talk of food has made me peckish again...
Ooops, almost forgot a cat picture:
