Thanks So Much

I've got a quick little thank you card to share with you today, made with the wonderful Oh, Hello stampset which coordinates with the Tea for Two range of papers (my favourite... ever!).

I stamped the oval pattern in Bashful Blue (going to miss this colour so much!) and then stamped the greeting in Early Espresso over the top.  I layered it over a doily from the Artisan Embellishment kit on a So Saffron card base.  The arrows were stamped in Gumball Green, Baja Breeze and So Saffron with the outlines overstamped in Early Espresso.  The flower stamp fussy cut out tied with a piece of twine, plus a beautiful rose embellishment, also from the Artisan Embellishment kit, finished the card off.

Supplies
Stamps: Oh, Hello
Ink: Bashful Blue, Early Espresso, and marker pens in Gumball Green, Baja Breeze, So Saffron, Midnight Muse
Card: So Saffron, Whisper White
Other: Oval Framelits and BigShot, linen thread, doily, rose embellishment, stamp-a-ma-jig

A few more snippets used up on this card so I can go along to play in Di's duckpond (oops mistyped that first as duckpong!).

It's been another gloriously sunny weekend up here and we've all been making the most of the weather...

Nothing says summer like rubbing your face in long grass, does it Socks?

Hope you've had a great weekend too,

  1. This is such a sweet, sweet card! I love the simplicity of it & the flowers are the perfect touch. Socks looks so content! Brady is sleeping on the chair beside me, looking just the same. They could certainly be brothers they look so much alike.
